Kalpasara is a architecture firm based in Kathmandu looking for experienced Architect with ability for Visualization skills and diverse portfolio of projects.

Responsibility

• Project Control: Should be able to manage projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and functional design.
• Concept Development: Develop ideas considering client needs and building usage
• Detailed Drawing: Produce detailed drawing and make necessary corrections.
• Compliance: Ensure that design and plan follows all the building codes and guidelines
• On-Site Visits: Visit construction sites to check project status, measurements and report progress.

Mandatory requirements

• Bachelors in Architecture
• Working experience of 2 years
• Software: Should be able to work in
  • AutoCAD, Revit
  • Sketchup, D5 Render, Lumion
  • Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator

Prefered Masters in Architecture

• Masters in Architecture
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
